H καλύτερη σουίτα για WiFi hacking το Aircrack-ng ενημερώθηκε στην έκδοση 1.2 RC 1 λίγο μετά την κυκλοφορία της τρίτης beta, διορθώνοντας σφάλματα της προηγούμενης έκδοσης.
Το Αircrack-ng είναι ένα 802.11 cracking πρόγραμμα για WEP και WPA-PSK κλειδιά που μπορεί να τα ανακτήσει όταν καταφέρει να συλλέξει αρκετά πακέτα δεδομένων. Εφαρμόζει την standard FMS επίθεση μαζί με κάποιες βελτιστοποιήσεις όπως επιθέσεις KoreK, καθώς και την ολοκαίνουρια επίθεση PTW, καθιστώντας το έτσι πολύ πιο γρήγορο σε σύγκριση με άλλα παρόμοια εργαλεία.
Στην πραγματικότητα, το Αircrack-ng είναι ένα σύνολο εργαλείων για ασύρματα δίκτυα ελέγχου.
